Prospective Client should meet at least two of the following:

 

At risk of out of home placement due to behaviors that cannot be managed in the home.

Does not have cognitive ability to identify behaviors as significantly socially inappropriate and/or dangerous to self or others.

Behaviors have required repeated interventions by mental health agencies, social services, or justice system.

 

Once all intake activities have been completed and services have been approved, clients are assigned a counselor within 24 hours and services are initiated. The assigned counselor will continue to assess the specific needs of the family while addressing immediate stabilization needs during the first thirty days of service.
